Our Pin Oak Collection celebrates the little acorns from which great oaks grow.

The acorn is the harbinger of new life. Acorns were used extensively as a food source for native North American Indians, and also roasted as a coffee substitute. It is also important for local wildlife populations. The acorn fruit has been recognized in country medicine for relieving chilblains and frostbite. 

Materials: The Pin Oak earrings feature hand patinated cast bronze leaves and 24kt gold over bronze acorn caps. Each acorn is created from hand-cast glass in shades of autumn leaf orange. The wires are 925 silver with a 24kt gold plating.
